FOR FAMILY PHOTO
Family photos are paid in advance, the full amount of setting fee in advance . Setting fee is non-refundable .

Photos must be ordered at showing, usually same day or within one day of photo shoot , all photos ordered are to be paid in advance when order is placed.
Your date cannot be held without a retainer and a signed contract. If you decide to cancel for any reason, the setting fee, you have paid in advance , will be forfited , unless another date is set .
Reminder - glass glare can be eliminated if the glasses wearer uses a set of frames [without lenses ] from their optician or simply removes them during photographs . Please advise anyone that may be affected by this .Glare ruins photos .
[ Some famlies choose to dress in the same color or type of shirts ect... that helps to make your family more tied together , just a suggestion.Weather you choose to do this or not is entirely up to you .]

Custom mounting , Lustre Coating and Canvas are all optional choices you have . Otherwise all photos come on professional photography grade paper .

Custom framing is available on all orders . Several styles to choose from . Allow 4-6 weeks delievery for frame orders .
A deposit or setting fee is due before photos are taken , this also holds the date for you in advance .
